Exploring what helps human beings flourish through movement, creativity, conversation, and life itself.
I've spent much of my life asking a simple question:
What helps a human being truly flourish?
That question has led me through art studios, movement classrooms, research, conversations with remarkable people, personal loss, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and thousands of hours helping others move with greater confidence and freedom.
Along the way, I realized that flourishing isn't created by one thing alone. It's shaped by how we move, how we think, how we create, how we connect with others, and how we care for ourselves through every season of life.
The Feelin Good Academy grew out of that realization.
Today, my work brings together movement, creativity, conversation, and lifelong curiosity to explore what helps people become more fully alive. Whether through our podcast, Primal Grace, my artwork, work with creative women, or the Senior Vitality & Functional Living Concierge, each offering is simply another way of exploring the same question:
What helps us flourish?

A Life Devoted to Becoming
I've worn many hats.
Artist.
Mother.
Movement specialist.
Entrepreneur.
Researcher.
Podcast host.
But beneath every chapter has been the same quiet fascination:
What helps human beings flourish?
That question has shaped nearly every decision I've made.
It led me to study movement.
To paint.
To teach.
To listen.
To ask better questions.
To sit with older adults who have lived remarkable lives.
To interview artists, entrepreneurs, scientists, and everyday people with extraordinary stories.

Kelly lives on a small island off the coast of Georgia with her teenage daughter, their spirited Red Heeler, Simon, and a fluffy gray cat named Smokey.
The Feelin Good Academy is simply the home where all of those paths come together.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting from the University of Georgia, my journey began with a deep appreciation for beauty, creativity, and the ways art can transform how we experience the world.
Since 2006, I've also worked as a movement specialist, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer, helping women reconnect with their bodies through posture, strength, graceful movement, and grounded presence.
Over the years, I began to notice something deeper.
Over the years, I noticed something deeper. Whether I was working with executives, artists, mothers, entrepreneurs, retirees, or someone recovering from a difficult season of life, very few people were actually asking for stronger muscles. What they were really seeking was something much harder to name.
They wanted more energy.
More meaning.
More confidence.
More creativity.
More connection.
More freedom.
In other words...
They wanted to flourish.
That realization changed everything. It became the foundation of The Feelin Good Academy and the philosophy I now call Primal Grace Restoration—an embodied approach to cultivating vitality, grounded confidence, meaningful connection, and a life that feels deeply aligned with who we are and how we're meant to live.

Primal Grace Restoration
Primal Grace is my movement philosophy and embodied practice for cultivating grounded confidence, resilience, vitality, and presence. It's one pathway into the larger mission of The Feelin Good Academy: helping people flourish through movement, creativity, curiosity, meaningful relationships, and intentional living.
Through The Feelin Good Academy, I guide women in cultivating grounded confidence, feminine strength, and a way of living that feels calm, intentional, and deeply their own.
This work isn't about pushing harder or becoming someone new.
It's about remembering what allows women to flourish.
Together, we cultivate a life where you:
• feel grounded and at home in your body
• lead with calm confidence and authentic presence
• reconnect with creativity, beauty, and joy
• embrace rhythm, rest, and intentional living
• create a life that feels every bit as beautiful as the success you've built

I don't have all the answers. But I'm deeply committed to asking better questions—and inviting others into the search for what helps us live more meaningful, vibrant, and fully human lives.
