Hello! I am

Hello! My name is Kelly Anderson. I am a mother, an artist, a health, wellness and mindset coach and my mission is inspire, motivate and encourage the masses to do whatever we need to do to start

 

FEELIN GOOD! 

 

And, by feeling good, I mean feeling vibrant, alive, healthy, enthusiastic, energized and ready to live out each of our purposes for the overall good! We are each here for a reason and I truly believe we each can bring good to the world! My philosophy is that we are much better equipped to share our unique gifts to the world when we are 

FEELIN GOOD!

 

I've been incredibly passionate about health and fitness my entire life. I've been a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and a Mindset Coach since 2007 and I have loved supporting so many wonderful people on their own journeys. But in 2016, I lost my husband. This event placed me in a position where I knew I could let it take me down or I could use it to strengthen my own will and perspective and use these new skills to serve the world in a BIGGER way.  I chose the latter, and in so doing, I set out on a journey and a mission to learn how to FEEL GOOD

myself - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and financially.

I know this is a never-ending journey and we are all always a work in progress, but I'm personally feeling pretty good and I want to share what I know with whoever needs it. 

I want to help as many people as I possibly can!
